Assessment day/morning consisting of 8 candidates. Started with group discussions of around 6 topics, mostly non-car related. Then moved on to a small written test, answering questions about knowledge on Model S and customer objections to the car, then some free choice personality questions. Lastly followed by a 1-2-1 interview.
