HR conducted phone interview, asking brief introduction and motivation to apply for this program. After screening, you will be arranged an interview with managers from finance team or operation team.
Some odd questions were being asked, possibly to see how you reacted to them, and the interviewer did not know the answers to some of his own “quiz” questions. He had to be corrected by one of his co-interviewers.
