On VLSI, Digital basics, Verilog and logic design. Questions were to the point, and we were expected to answer while thinking out loud. I had faced a panel of 2 interviewers, and the questions towards the end became more resume-focused.

It was on on-campus recruitment. I was asked basic questions of RC circuits and MOSFETS. For a few others who had a digital profile in their resume were asked CMOS too. The initial question is simple, but every bit of your basics questioned. So whatever you read, read it well.

One question on Charge sharing, one question on ramp response in an circuit with one resistor and 2 capacitors in series. I was asked to find voltage of one of the capacitors.
