Interview process was simple and straight-forward. Consisted of two part interview with two different sets of interviewers. Also included lunch with current TIers (usually managers or directors) and other candidates (roughly 5 other candidates).

Interview
First there was a quick phone interview followed by a Skype interview. Then a in person interview. First day was dinner to ease your tension and ask current people in the program more about it. Second day was two interviews, presentation, and tour of the building. The first interview was finding more about yourself, behavioral questions, and just normal conversation. Second interview was a vacation sales simulation.

Interview
An outside recruiter contacted me and scheduled me for a phone interview first with an inside recruiter. Then the inside recruiter scheduled an on-site interview with the hiring manager. After passing the hiring manager, I was scheduled to interview with the Area director.
After all these were done, the last step was to have a phone interview with a HR Senior director.
Total 3 phone interviews, 2 on-site interviews.
