I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX)
Interview
3 rounds Forst round was on campus with a recruiter and it was more to gage your interest in the company and technology that it is working on. Then there was an online aptitude test that consisted of sorting numbers and an online personality test where you pick between 2 bad choices for multiple scenarios. Then you go on to the person to person interviews both are to get to know you where they ask about you and and ways you've overcome challenges in life. The second interview will require you to to give a presentation on a project you've done.
