Applied online, received a call from the automated system, passed the pre screening. Spoke with a staffing consultant over the phone and passed that screening test. Scheduled for an interview face to face for three days after. Once in the interview, they have you sign a background check waiver before any questions are asked.
You are working in lumber and a customer asks for your help. You help the customer but after 30 minutes he looks at his watch and says, we'll I guess it's time for me to go. What do you do?

Was interviewed by an AM - he was very personable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. He was super nice and interweaved personal and professional questions. It was a great interview experience overall.
