I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Jul 2013
Interview
I received an automated phone interview asking me one question I was then transferred to Human Resources where they asked me five questions. The woman who took the call was very hard to hear, partially quiet and did not speak entirely clearly making the questions difficult and answer fully. Then within the next two weeks after passing the phone interview they will schedule you for a face to face interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a problem you had with a supervisor?
20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview
