Job specific questions, mostly all situational questions. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Two interviews one with assistant manager. Second with Store manager where formal job offer is made. Must have approval and informal offer from first interview.

Brief quick and straight to the point. They seem very interested in knowing other aspects of your personal life. There is a phone screening process the whole thing usually takes about 5 to 10 days after you do an online application and then they set up the interview and the interview takes usually about 15 to 30 minutes no more than that.
