I talked to a recruiter at a university career fair, basic smalltalk and introductions, and in two to three weeks received a phone call to schedule a series of phone interviews with managers. The interviews were schedule the very same week. They were not technical in nature, but mostly asked about my experience from my resume.

Interview
Communicated with HR initially, then had 1 interview with multiple members of the organization. HR communicated back 2 days later stating that the interview process would not proceed; was not offered position because I had "too much experience" but was encouraged to apply to other advertised positions in the future.
