Interview

Too long. Lack of communication. No transparency about the position from the recruiters. Supervisors seemed good. Non-responsive to questions about updates on the process. The recruitment team seemed unorganized and uninformed about the position and the org.

I interviewed with department lead and then a panel of employees from across the organization. Department lead interviewed for final interview again. Standard questions- nothing too difficult. Interviewers seemed nonplussed.

I had a relatively quick interview process with several rounds with passionate and helpful hiring managers. Very friendly recruiting team! The interview process includes screening, first round, second round, and final round.
