it was relatively easy and straightforward. the interviewer started with an overview of the company and job expectations. then they followed up with typical interview questions relating to the role, like how did you deal with a difficult customer, why you want to work here, etc.

This is an over-the-phone interview. It was very brief and quick, but it will take time to get back to you on the hiring process. Background check required and no drug testing..
