The interview process was not bad, they asked two pages of questions. I applied online and then met with the wellness director for the interview. The interview was very laid back and personable. It took a few weeks for the director to get back to me on the results of the interview and if the position was filled.

Interview
Very friendly and informal interview. Showed up and was given a tour of the gym facility, role overview, and updates to the organization. Had the same job in college, so I was familiar with the process, just not that exact gym location.
The HR department was very friendly and honest. The hiring manager was professional and communicated the role well. They first did a phone screen and had one follow-up in person interview.
The director was very nice. I toured the whole facility. We spoke about job requirements. We talked about my experience with customer service, fitness, nutrition, etc. It was very pleasant and had a really nice conversation with him.
