I worked through my school and the internship was basically a meeting where I explained what I would like to help with and learn. They were then able to talk to me about the various departments and branches and offer me specific duties that might fit the skills and experiences I was hoping to get out of my time with them.

Good, thorough, the environment was very friendly and welcoming, the interview process was very easy. the interviewers were very focused and gave great feedback and were very open minded. they are a great company and staff
