I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Denver, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
After submitting my online application, I was invited to a group interview. I was told to prepare a song and a game to teach to the group, as well as to bring a pre-made craft that was appropriate for kids aged 5 to 12. Arrived at HQ to a group of 40ish people. While we taught our songs/games to the whole group and played them, we would be taken out for individual interviews about our experience, why we wanted the job, and to explain our craft. Took about 3 hours.
