Phone interview, in person interview and lesson plan demo. Phone interview were stock interview questions as a screening and in person got more into your teaching style and philosophy. How to manage a classroom and situation sinerios.

Question 1
tell me about a difficult situation and how did you handle it?
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

Interview
The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
