hired on the spot. wore normal clothes nothing flashy. firm handshake and made eye contact. they call your past work references. be honest with them. the pool and front desk are two different systems. the warm pool and pool equipment is and issue here.

very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
