I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
It is a group interview where you are competing in a circle with about 5-6 other candidates but in a room with more than 25 other candidates combined. You will be interviewed in a circle and will go around the room to be interviewed by other interviewers (about 5 others) every 10-15 minutes. The purpose of going in a circle is to see where you fit in for the schools and to match your personality with the staffs. Note: They are very strict with background checks and will call your references!
