After receiving an email from the Director of the Summer Camp and Afterschool program, I went in to the main office and answered several questions about how to handle situations with children, maintain safety, and how to channel a fun environment.

The panel interviewers were well organized, well spoken, and there was a nice flow to the interview. Largely behavior questions, but limited the ideas and components as not to miss providing one off the positive traits of a good employee.
