Interview
This company uses a bait and switch approach to their recruiting. They posted a job that they “weren’t hiring for yet” but offered a job that paid SIGNIFICANTLY less than the posted job.
Good arrangement so the whole process can be completed in a half day. Nice interviewers created a friendly atmosphere. All the questions are related to the job requirement and they are willing to share the actual scope of work.

Interview
Had a meeting with the director of the center, and it only lasted about 15 minutes. After I applied, I was asked to come have an interview in person at the center. We talked for about 15 minutes, and discussed the importance of good educators. It was very relaxed and a good experience.
