It was a basic interview process, only one interview that was on site. It is just to get to know you and your background and experience with kids. It was overall super easy.

Great process. More based on previous experience and how you would react in various circumstances. Be yourself and remain honest. Interviewers were extremely kind and interested in getting to know me as a person.
