Participated in two group interviews (2-4 people in each) that were both an hour long. Did not receive any HR reply after the second interview, despite following up with the HR contact directly.
It was an in-person interview by the supervisor at the time and was streamlined with questions about experience with customer service and addressing challenges and conflict with patrons of the facility.

Simple. Interviewer asked several questions about qualifications and what you would do in different scenarios. She then asked several questions about security and the pickup process. Our interview concluded with questions about availability.
