Super nice. Asked about experience. Talked about people skills. Told me how many classes I could expect to teach and the training requirements. Interview lasted 30 minutes. I think it was a good interview.

Simple process - background and drug test a part of the hiring process. I did my lifeguard test first followed by an interview with the aquatics manager. After that, I met with the Directors for 2 separate interviews where I was asked a series of questions in relation to problem-solving.
Two people interviewed me. They asked a lot of hypothetical questions about how you would handle a kid in various scenarios. It was very relaxed. Be ready to explain why you want to work with children, your experience and how you handle stressful situations with children. They want to see that you can adapt and try new things to solve an issue.
