It’s pretty simple. You’re just asked a bunch of questions about yourself and your availability. You need to be available from the time school ends, around 1-1:30 to 6pm on Monday-Friday or they most likely won’t hire you. Although, they tend to be very desperate for counselors. I was told right there on the phone that I had the job and what further steps I needed to take. Make sure you have 3 recommendations, they take them very seriously for some reason.
