I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Brandon, MB) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a very quick Interview, my interviewer wasn't the boss, they seemed like they wanted to get it over with. They asked basic questions such how you would react in specific situations, and how you would make children feel included. They also asked what you knew about the YMCA, and about the services they provided such as gym, child care, indoor pool etc. You also need a child abuse check and criminal record check for this position.
