Interview
I was actually extremely insulted at the interview process. My resume clearly stated the direction my career was heading including what I recently obtained my masters degree in. They seemed pretty uninterested in my answers for the position I applied for and instead offered another position in a field I hadn’t worked in for 10 years. I hated that field, which is why I hadn’t worked in it for years and why I didn’t apply for that job. I heard positive things about YMCA and thought the reviews were great, but being in an interviewing and hiring position before, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I was totally insulted that none of my current experience or education mattered and they just needed to fill the position they offered me.

Interview
At my local YMCA; outside actually because it was a nice day. Very casual interview with Camp Directors. Very conversational relaxed for my first ever interview. Simple/basic questions about why I'd be a good fit and my past experiences.
