Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about working with children and my experience
The process was okay but when offered the job they went down on the wage. I believe that was unprofessional and they could have provided that information beforehand. The interview was not bad at all very comfortable answering questions.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Have you worked with children before?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Victoria, BC) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was great and the management who interviewed me was extremely kind. I got an email first asking me what day I would be available to come in for a dry interview. After the dry phase, you move on to the wet screening. The wet screening consisted of some physical standards, a peer teaching portion, and three guarding scenerios. After that I declined my offer hower they would require you to get a police information check if you make it past the two phases.
