The interview was a very laid back and enjoyable. There is a very friendly group of people that look at your personality with some experience questions too to see how you would act in different situations.

Interview
The interview process was very casual, just a brief meeting with one of the directors to get to know your experience with children. This is followed by a "shadow day" in the program.

I spoke with the manager and had a very comfortable, casual interview processes. She asked about my involvements and intentions for working there. I was hired within a week of interviewing. It was one of my more laid back interviews, which made my experience more comforting.
