Great interview, sat down with 3 other people applying for same position. Sent us to walk around facility and get to know members. Had to find out 3 things about them. Also did a tour of the facility and got to see how everything worked.

He asked me questions off of a sheet of paper and wrote down my answers. Pretty easy. After he hired me he sent me in to get my finger prints and then I had 2 orientations to do and A LOT of training. Hiring process took 2 weeks, training takes 30-45 days plus additional training through out the years.
