Interview
I had a brief phone interview first, basically just tell me about yourself and why you are interested in the position and then she described the position a little bit and we scheduled an in person interview for the following week. In person interview was very casual, basic questions about dealing with youth and how I handle leadership position. Third interview was on site, I mainly observed and saw what a typical day would look like. It was all very casual and the staff was very easy to talk to.
