The interview process was very laid back. I interviewed at the Ransburg Ymca, it was a one on one interview and was very easy. Since I applied for a child care position all of the questions were based on around children.

It was a series of two interviews. The first being a panel style with five others from upper management in the same department. The second interview was more of a demonstration, where I developed a 30 min training and presented it to the same team as the first interview

Applied through an online application and received an email to conduct a phone interview. Standard information going over my resume. Then I was called in to perform the lifeguard requirements tasks which included laps with different strokes. I took a written test and showed all my certification. I went home and received a phone call a couple days later.
