Reference needed, interview and on the floor interview. The interview went well. There were around ten questions in total. Then after my references checked out I had to do an on the floor interview. Which was fine as long as you are comfortable with children.

Interview
The interview was fairly easy. The interviewer mostly asked about previous experiences working with kids and what I learned from those experiences. She told me about the camp and what I could expect on an average day. The process was very straightforward. They were good about keeping me up to date throughout the application process.
