After I applied online it took about a month to get to me, also found out other employers had to wait the same length of time. Interview was scheduled about two weeks after, interview with lead teacher and Managment. asked basic interview questions, stated online about a drug test and never got drug tested. nor did my co workers.

Just asked basic questions about past experience and specifically related to training. If you do not have training already they will provide training for you. We had ellis certifications. Some allow red cross. Ellis is preffered.

They called for experience in working with minors and mentorship experiences. We also discussed my previous work experience and if I had ever been disciplined or written-up for anything related to performance in customer service or co-workers. It was not too long of an interview. We discussed the position in detail.
