The Y (YMCA) interview questions

The interview process was easy. The interviewer pretty much ask questions pertaining about your experience working with children and they also asked questions about your behaviors. Applicants is required to pass a background test.

I first received a call in regards to my application and resume from the Executive Director. I then went into a one on one interview with her. I was out of state so the one on one was completed via phone. After I successfully completed this, I was asked to attend a panel interview. In the interview was the Executive Director, the membership and marketing director, the Chief Operating Office for the entire association and then another wellness director from an area branch. The panel interview was about 45 minutes in length and very challenging. After the interview, I was pretty much hired. I had to undergo a practical evaluation, where I taught group exercise and personal trained an existing member. I then had to submit a drug and background test.
