Over the phone. Was pretty nonchalant and straightforward. Average interview questions. Answer truthfully, and meet their qualifications and as long as you’re safe and outgoing you’ll get the job. They ask a lot of scenario based questions so be ready for that.

There were two parts of interview; first one was meeting with E.D. and one of board memers. The second one was demo lesson with students.
