I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
Initial phone call to discuss my application; in-person interview that was pretty casual and informal. I was asked to start at the end of the interview. Had a 2nd interview with larger team where I was asked more formal interview questions i.e where do you see yourself in 5 years, can you handle managing a team of individuals that are older than you? etc.

Interview
It was a group interview with two supervisors. My interview group was very large and that meant that the time we were given to answer questions were limited to account for time.
