I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX)
Interview
Very easygoing, the interview had two sections, the regular talking interview and a swim test. The questions were basic questions about yourself and the activities you are involved in. The swim test consisted of different strokes and you probably only swam 300Y in total.

Very easy and laid back, wanted to get to know you and why you want to work with children at the YMCA. Overall they were very nice. I enjoyed working there as well.
