Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Cultural interview question: if you had to hire someone and you had 2 candidates, with the exact same skill set and the only difference was their gender, a woman and a man, who would you hire?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks
Interview
The interview process is kinda average but a bit long. One with a technical recruiter, then with a senior QA person, after that a task to be finished in ~ 1 hour directly before the next phase which is a deep technical discussion involving role-playing and decision making. The last one is a social change phase where you have to adopt their own opinions to et the offer, if you are neutral, or even accepting their own opinions but not showing it to the max as they would expect, then you won't get the offer.

Question 1
How do you convince a developer to write code tests?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2018
Interview
My main problem was that after I passed a phone screening, cultural fit, technical interview and a chat with a manager, they decided continue the process because I couldn't travel as much as they needed me to. This requirement was ONLY mentioned on the very last interview, which made the rest of the process a waste of time.

Question 1
Would you be OK travelling 4 days a week for a project outside of London?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Melbourne)
Interview
ThoughtWorkers were incredibly friendly and provided me some advice on improving myself. I was called at first to check my work rights and willingness to travel. Then I was given an assignment to do. Based on the assignment, I had the technical interview with two ThoughtWorkers. There were also aptitude test and logic tests. After a week, I was invited to do a cultural interview and prepare for a presentation (I can choose any topic I like). I guess the most difficult part is the role play part. They gave me some surprises to handle, in order to see if I can be a consultant.
