I applied online. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (München, Bavaria)
Interview
Long and sometimes missing a bit of a focus. Very nice interviewers. There was first a leadership interview which was quite ok. For the social engagement interview, during the interview, it seemed the interviewers themselves didn't quite know what to do. For the specific interview with Project Leads, one was quite good and listened. The other wanted to show more what he knew, and expected a lot of details to already match to the company's style. Not a whole lot of opening towards any different thinking - even regarding where to place furniture in an office.

Question 1
How you would arrange an office for a new project (still asking myself why). How I would motivate a co-worker which does not want to do a specific task. Agile/Lean principles.
Thank you for the time and thoughts you put into this feedback. We really appreciate this! As I'm sure you know, feedback is what allows us to constantly improve our application processes and to make sure candidates have a better experience.
Thanks again!
Other Project Lead Interview Reviews for Thoughtworks
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Berlín) in Jan 2018
Interview
1. General casual interview with the recruiter. You introduce yourself and your work experience. Recruiter describes the company culture and the hiring process, couldn't tell too much about the role though. 2. Phone interview a manager, you learn more about the actual role and the requirements. In this step, I found out the role actually isn't a perfect fit for me. Some more information on that would have been helpful in step 1.
