Consisted of two rounds. One being technical and the other being HR.
The first round was focused on the role itself. Though the questions were role related, it was not completely technical. It was mostly relatable to our daily lives and had some logical reasoning.
The second round was a pure cultural and leadership round where the questions revolved around current affairs, matters relevant for a debate and our perspectives on the same. It was more like a stress interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Aug 2019
