Timken interview questions

It was a 45 minute interview; the recruiters were nice and asked many behavioral questions and almost no technical questions. They also asked some "what would you do in this situation" questions.

The overall experience was typical for a panel interview. I was evaluated on communication, technical expertise, problem-solving, teamwork, and cultural fit. There was also a plant tour involved which was nice. After the Panel, I was able to interview with the Plant Manager and Human Resource manager separately
