Timken interview questions

It was not too serious. The company seemed to be in a rush to hire. The main red flag was that the interviewer mentioned that most people working at the firm are older and have worked there for long.

I was asked a few questions about my skills, experience, background, and accomplishments etc. over the phone. It wasn't a facetime interview, but I dressed up anyway. The interviewer was pleasant and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
