Turner Construction Field Engineer interview questions

The night before the interview there was a dinner current employees and candidates. All candidates interviewing for the positions were brought into the office on the same day. Two interviews with panels, one interview with the HR manager, and one interview with the local operations manager. Lunch was provided and a field visit to a local project finished the day.

Intense, but great interview process! Start the day early. Meet with interviewers. Have four 30 minute interviews with four different interviewers. Lunch. Then site tour. This is a really good way in my opinion of meeting everyone around the office and get comfortable with everyone.
