Interview
A 3rd party Recruiter reached out to me for the opportunity. The phone screening interviews went great; they were very interested/impressed with my background and skill sets.
I was asked to come in person for the final interview and the process went well too. The interviewers were very impressed with me in person. However, I did not get the job due to lack in "performance management" skills although I was told during the interviewing process that my current skill set was okay to proceed with.
I think I did not get the job due to me questioning/challenging the company's goals with expanding on diversity and them being intimidated with my questioning.

How can you help bring more diversity into our region?
Very personable interview. Rather informal and starts off by a total opening question. Really wants to know why you would chose Turner. Also, make sure you have good questions as around half of allotted time would be for questions.
