Turner Construction interview questions

It was a behavioral type of interview, basically asking me situational questions, and how I reacted, "Tell me about a time you encountered a problem and had to work through it"

After an initial college fair interview there was a second phone interview for 30 minutes about 2 weeks after. Following the second interview the final interview was over Zoom talking to four different Turner employees over the course of a couple of hours.
