UBS Business Manager interview questions

Single interview, 3 interviewers including the guy I was replacing. The hiring manger's English wasn't too clear I though so I needed to ask them to repeat a few questions but in the end wasn't an issue

I had 4 interviews: first the internal recruiter, followed by the hiring manager, an HR officer and finally, the person that was in the position to be filled. The interviews with the recruiter and HR flowed well, as did the interview with the incumbent. The hiring manager went through a predetermined list of behavioural questions. I found the process unnatural and awkward. An example of my work was requested. All contact with UBS managers and the HR officer were considerate, obliging and encouraging.
