UBS Intenship interview questions

Lean process, led by juniors. 1/2 phone interviews and then final round in the office with directors. Nice people, seems to be a good culture from the outside. Questions mostly technical and on accounting, rather than motivational / brain teasers or “fit”. It was for the Mid-market team not for the large cap, might be different the selection process for the other divisions.
