I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2015
Interview
There was only two rounds for this. I applied for Corporate Client Solutions (IB division) in Paris. The first round was a phone call with an Analyst working at the local office. Once I passed this first round, I was invited to an assessment center. It lasted half a day, and was located in London (UBS booked the Eurostar for me)
The assessment center lasted half a day. First, there was a paper test (like the numerical test you do online). The paper version was harder, but not by much. Then, there were 4 interviews in total
1) We were distributed a case, we had 30 minutes to analyze the case, identify the issues and suggest solutions. We also had to prepare a flipchart to support our arguments. Then, we had to defend our suggestion in front of a Senior banker. It was very much like a Consulting case
2) Two interviews about the "fit". A bunch of classic questions like "Tell me about a teamwork that went well" "A decision you regreted", etc.
3) An interview in group, where we had to find a solution to a short case in 30 minutes as a group
