UBS Intern interview questions

3 rounds: one phone, one in person 1-1, and then super days with has 5 consecutive interview + a team work case study; there are a lot of behaviour questions on leadership examples as well as team work. Some interviewers also asked obstacles and risk that you have taken, while other interview focus a lot on the resume and ask me to describe in details of the process on a project I worte

There was only two rounds for this. I applied for Corporate Client Solutions (IB division) in Paris. The first round was a phone call with an Analyst working at the local office. Once I passed this first round, I was invited to an assessment center. It lasted half a day, and was located in London (UBS booked the Eurostar for me) The assessment center lasted half a day. First, there was a paper test (like the numerical test you do online). The paper version was harder, but not by much. Then, there were 4 interviews in total 1) We were distributed a case, we had 30 minutes to analyze the case, identify the issues and suggest solutions. We also had to prepare a flipchart to support our arguments. Then, we had to defend our suggestion in front of a Senior banker. It was very much like a Consulting case 2) Two interviews about the "fit". A bunch of classic questions like "Tell me about a teamwork that went well" "A decision you regreted", etc. 3) An interview in group, where we had to find a solution to a short case in 30 minutes as a group
