I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jul 2013
Interview
Had a conference call for about an hour with 2 future members of the team. Talked about me and them. They asked me question to test my knowledge and I asked them questions about what kind of job they are doing. Overall very friendly, but was a little problem with connection: I was in Russia, another person was in London and another person in Sydney (Australia).

Question 1
There wa a multitasking question that was a bit tricky.
The interview process was smooth and efficient. It included an initial HR screening to review my qualifications, a technical assessment to test my skills, and a final interview with the hiring manager to discuss.
After submitting my online application, I waited approximately two weeks before being invited to the first-stage task assignment (R1). This was followed by a video interview (R2), an in-person office interview (R3), and finally an HR interview (R4). The entire recruitment process took around five weeks to complete from application to final stage.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS (Houston, TX) in Feb 2026

Very laid back interview. Just walked through my resume, why asset management, and overall just behaviorals. There were zero technical questions, and the interviewer was more curious about my leadership, experiences specifically from my previous internship.
