What is one latest change in the markets and how does that affect your role?
1. CV, Cover Letter in the form of questions on their platform. It was situational bases questions, ranking alternatives to different scenarios. And cognitive test, patterns (easy) and questions when you should analyze texts and charts and answer true, false or can't say. I got finished 37 patterns, got 36 correct. I finished 15 of 18 question in the other section with all of them correct. This was enough to go on to the next step.
2. Got an email to complete the hirevju which are one sided questions.

Very behavioral, little technical. Assessment, HireVue, and then a SuperDay with the team you will be working with. Some brain teaser questions as well, but more common on what your experiences tie within the role as well as the experiences you made.
