I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS
Interview
Only took the first round Phone interview with a trader, not a HR. The interview started with a self-intruduction, asked about first, your resume, then general questions such as why ubs, why finance, and some follow up questions based on your answers. Not much behavior questions or market views. At the end, I am given the chance to ask questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied via my school career center (mail adress). Very short process, interview 2 weeks after I applied. Two rounds, one with an associate, the other one with an analyst. A lot of fit based questions, and a good amount of technical (xEBITDA, steps of a DCF, comps,....). Some questions related with the news.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2015
Interview
After the online application, there were the online tests and then a phone interview. During the phone interview I was asked questions like:Why UBS? Why the division that you applied to? And then competency based questions: a time when you failed; a time when you had to give up at something; a time when you had a plan and gave up at it, etc.
